Mary Campbell is Community Council's Executive Director. She helped form Community Council, and served on the board for six years. Mary has a JD, and previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. Her focus was on conflict resolution.
Catherine Veninga is the Community Research Coordinator. She facilitates the study committees, supports the implementation task forces and directs the indicators project. Catherine has a Ph.D. in Geography with a specialization in urban geography. Prior to joining Community Council, she worked as an assistant professor at a number of institutions of higher education.
Rachel Elfenbein is Community Council's Advocacy Coordinator. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and a M.A. in Intercultural Management. Her previous work includes education, research, counseling, and organizational capacity building with civil society organizations in North America and southern Africa.
