The executive committee meets as needed between regular board meetings to advise the executive director on policy matters and to conduct any other business that may be assigned by the board of directors. The executive committee evaluates the executive director’s performance and salary on an annual basis. The executive director oversees all personnel practices and policies of the Community Council. The minutes of the executive committee meeting are distributed to all directors. Decisions of the executive committee shall be subject to review by the full board of directors at each of its regular meetings. The president serves as chairperson.
